Aix\u00f2 condicionar\u00e0 com dissenyarem tota l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia, quins canals triarem i quines accions durem a terme perqu\u00e8 siguin rellevants per a aquest p\u00fablic en concret. A l\u2019hora de definir el nostre <em>target<\/em>, hem de llistar el m\u00e0xim de caracter\u00edstiques possibles que ens ajudin a definir el que es coneix com a \u00abbuyer persona\u00bb, un client imaginari a qu\u00e8 a vegades fins i tot s\u2019arriba a posar nom, cara i a descriure la seva possible vida. Saber tots aquests detalls tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s clau per poder segmentar les nostres accions, \u00e9s a dir, filtrar-les per tal que la nostra comunicaci\u00f3 a les xarxes socials nom\u00e9s arribi al grup de persones que compleixin els requisits que hem definit pr\u00e8viament, i no a la resta que no entren en el nostre perfil.<\/p>\n<p>Sovint, no solament hi haur\u00e0 un \u00fanic <em>target<\/em> per a la nostra estrat\u00e8gia, sin\u00f3 que en tindrem dos o m\u00e9s.
