Perqu\u00e8 quan parlem de <em>social media<\/em> sempre ha de ser <em>mobile first<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Som davant de la mateixa casu\u00edstica: l&#8217;usuari vol immediatesa, donem-la-hi. No obstant aix\u00f2, una consideraci\u00f3 que cal destacar \u00e9s la de vigilar l&#8217;acci\u00f3 invasiva. At\u00e8s que l&#8217;usuari porta el m\u00f2bil tot el dia i la nit, no hi ha res m\u00e9s perjudicial que contactar-hi en un mal moment. No hem d&#8217;oblidar els recursos anteriors. Sembla que hi ha aversi\u00f3 a trucar per tel\u00e8fon al client, i sembla que h\u00e0gim d&#8217;amagar-nos darrere de les xarxes socials. Cal utilitzar tots els mitjans disponibles a l&#8217;abast, i les trucades de veu en s\u00f3n un.<\/p>\n<p>En m\u00f2bil, el portal d&#8217;entrada a internet ja no \u00e9s Google, sin\u00f3 les aplicacions.
